Event project manager

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Event Project Manager passionné(e) et rigoureux(se) pour piloter nos projets de A à Z.
Missions principales
En tant que Chef de projet événementiel, vous serez en charge de :
- Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vie des événements (conception, production, logistique, exécution, post-event),
- Coordonner les équipes internes et les prestataires externes,
- Élaborer les budgets, négocier les devis et assurer leur suivi,
- Être l'interlocuteur/trice principal(e) du client avant, pendant et après l'événement,
- Proposer des concepts créatifs en lien avec les objectifs de l'événement,
- Superviser la logistique sur site et garantir le bon déroulement le jour J,
- Assurer les reportings et bilans post-événement.
Profil recherché
- Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en événementiel, communication ou gestion de projet,
- Expérience significative (minimum 1 année) dans la gestion d'événements,
- Excellentes capacités organisationnelles, relationnelles et rédactionnelles,
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et logiciels de gestion projet,
- Bonne résistance au stress et grande flexibilité horaire,
