Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile RAN operations or engineering, with exposure to 5G Solid understanding of 3GPP RAN architecture and protocols (NR, LTE, RRC, S1/X2/NG) Experience with fault and performance management, including KPI analysis and RCA Familiarity with ticketing tools (JIRA, Remedy, ServiceNow) Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, Shell or SQL) Working knowledge of Linux and basic networking concepts Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Good written and verbal communication skills in English The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
