About Us:

Alma Kitchen & Coffee is a vibrant, high-end restaurant in the heart of Tangier. We focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients, creative Moroccan-inspired flavors, and excellent service. We are looking for a "Chef de Rang" / Waiter to join our team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to guests while maintaining Alma's warm and professional hospitality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate service in the dining area, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Train and support junior waitstaff to maintain high service standards.
  • Take orders accurately and communicate them efficiently with the kitchen team.
  • Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and maintained to a high standard.
  • Recommend menu items and provide knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Chef de Rang, Waiter, or similar role in a restaurant or café.
  • Passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service.
  • Strong team spirit and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in a few Foreign Languages
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings.
