Missions
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for banking applications
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver robust solutions
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with banking security standards
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in backend development using Java
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to Kafka or other messaging systems
- Familiarity with security protocols and data protection regulations
- Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools
