Jets & Partners is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, creative marketing team. If you're passionate about animation, design, and storytelling—and you're ready to work on high-impact visuals for a premium industry—this role is for you.

Jets & Partners is a private jet advisory company headquartered in California USA, with a core office in Casablanca, Morocco. We specialize in private jet charter, medical evacuations, war zone evacuation, cargo, and sales & acquisition of aircraft. Morocco is our chosen place of business due to its strategic location, perfectly placed to lead the industry in the African continent. With more than 70 years of combined experience in the industry, we're already making way into the market.

What you'll do:

  • Design visuals for social media, email campaigns, website, and other digital platforms
  • Create motion graphics and animations for ads, videos, and presentations
  • Translate brand guidelines into fresh, engaging content
  • Contribute to campaign ideation and visual strategy
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices

What we're looking for:

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic and motion design, preferably in an agency setting
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • A great eye for detail, animation, and visual storytelling
  • Fluency in French (B2 level or above); English proficiency is a plus
  • Creativity, speed, and a solid sense of aesthetic
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with or Jira
  • Basic experience in Figma and WordPress
