We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Experience Consultant to join our team in Tangier, Morocco.

This position falls under the administrative stream, providing skilled technical, operational, and administrative support to the broader operations team. Responsibilities may range from handling documentation and data entry to coordinating logistics activities that support daily terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and operational support tasks related to cargo and container handling.

  • Ensure accuracy in cargo documentation and system updates.

  • Assist with coordination between terminal operations and logistics teams.

  • Follow established procedures while exercising sound judgment within defined guidelines.

  • Escalate non-routine issues to senior colleagues or supervisors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

  • Basic understanding of terminal or logistics operations preferred.

  • Ability to work under supervision while applying independent judgment within clear boundaries.

Contract Type: CCD (Fixed-Term Contract) 6 months
