Prompt Engineer

We're looking for a Prompt Engineer who can design, test, and optimize prompts for AI systems to generate high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on prompts, input structures, and instructions for AI language models and other generative AI systems
• Evaluate AI outputs and refine prompts to maximize accuracy, relevance, and safety
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI models into applications
• Analyze prompt performance metrics, error rates, and bias to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain prompt templates, prompt libraries, and best practice guidelines
• Conduct experiments to explore new techniques in prompt engineering, zero-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought prompting

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience working with AI, NLP, or related fields (practical experience with large language models preferred)
• Strong understanding of prompt design, context management, and model behaviour
• Experience working with OpenAI or similar AI platforms
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for prompt automation and testing
• Strong analytical skills to measure, evaluate, and iterate on AI outputs
