SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance) Engineer (F/M)

Your Mission:

›
Ensure the quality of delivered parts by cooperating with suppliers to eliminate non-conforming components

›
Manage complaints: Open/close 8D reports, analyze supplier responses, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions

›
Plan and conduct supplier audits

›
Support new suppliers in development and approval of new components

›
Supervise, analyze, and prepare PPAP documentation for approval according to NSK requirements

›
Approve work instructions for evaluation and sorting of non-conforming parts

›

Participate in the development and review of quality system procedures

›

Support the evaluation of new potential suppliers

›
Support reduction of non-conforming parts at NSK through quick response, negotiations, and correct decision-making

›
Report supplier-related problems and monitor status

›
Update and monitor supplier evaluation – manage critical suppliers

›
Support in approving PCR processes at suppliers

›
Collaborate with project/process engineers and customer representatives to understand requirements for parts and related supplier processes

›
Implement the company's environmental and quality policies, objectives, and initiatives

›
Follow daily operational guidelines, procedures, and system instructions

›
Report environmental non-conformities and react to environmental incidents

›
Implement corrective and preventive actions

›
Commit to continuous improvement

Your Profile:

›
Bac+5 / Master's degree in engineering or quality management

›
Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the automotive sector in quality, engineering, or project departments

›
Knowledge of quality tools

›
Familiarity with SPC, PPAP, MSA, and 8D methodology

›
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

›
Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements

›
Understanding of key mechanical processes for suppliers of mechanical components

›
Understanding of key production processes for electronic components (for specialists working with electronics suppliers)

›
Good command of English & French (spoken and written)

›
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
