Position Overview
We are seeking a
Junior Sales Assistant
to join our growing team in
Marrakech
.
This dynamic role serves as the
bridge between the back-office, operations team, and clients
— ensuring smooth coordination, proactive follow-ups, and consistent client satisfaction.
You'll be the key contact helping to
track ongoing deals
, ensure follow-up precision, and maintain strong professional relationships with our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between sales, operations, and technical teams for ongoing projects.
- Follow up with clients on project progress, quotations, and after-sales matters.
- Prepare and manage sales documents, reports, and client communication.
- Support the preparation of commercial offers and proposals.
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline updates.
- Participate in on-site client visits when needed.
Profile & Skills
- Education:
Business, management, communication, or related field. - Experience:
Junior profiles welcome – motivation and communication skills matter most. - Languages:
Fluent
French
(mandatory),
English
is a plus. - Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Natural relationship-builder and team player.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude and sense of responsibility.
- Tech or hospitality sector interest is an advantage.
