Skill Check:

  • Bac + 5 (Technical Diploma).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience (Injection Technician / Plastic Engineer).
  • Good analysis skills in injection molding process, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple start-up projects.
  • Demonstrated superior communication (written and verbal), teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Perfect command of spoken and written English.

Challenge Check:

  • Ensure the validation of the new Equipements (tools; machines;...)
  • Provide technical leadership and to process adjusters and other molding staff.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring that processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for all employees
  • Monitor and report issues with injection molds and provide recommendation and solution.
  • Support for the quality issue and customer claims
