Mission Principale
Assurer la mise en œuvre, la maintenance et l'optimisation des pipelines de déploiement automatisés via la plateforme

, afin de garantir des livraisons logicielles rapides, fiables et sécurisées.

Responsabilités

  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des pipelines CI/CD dans Harness.
  • Intégrer Harness aux outils existants (GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, AWS, etc.).
  • Automatiser les déploiements dans différents environnements (dev, staging, production).
  • Mettre en place les règles de gouvernance, sécurité, audit et rollback dans les pipelines.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, QA et infrastructure pour améliorer les workflows de livraison.
  • Surveiller et optimiser les performances des déploiements.
  • Rédiger la documentation technique des pipelines et des processus automatisés.

Compétences Requises
Techniques :

  • Expérience confirmée avec (CD, CI, Feature Flags, Chaos Engineering...).
  • Bonne connaissance des outils DevOps : Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform.
  • Connaissance des services cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP).
  • Maîtrise de Git et des pratiques GitOps.
  • Expérience avec des outils d'observabilité (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK...).

Transversales

  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités.
  • Capacité à travailler en mode Agile/Scrum.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et documentation.

Profil Recherché

  • Diplôme Bac +3 à Bac +5 en informatique ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans un rôle DevOps ou SRE avec une exposition significative à Harness.
  • Certification ou équivalent (un atout).
