Role Description
We're seeking a driven Sales Executive to own the complete sales cycle for our software solutions. You'll prospect and qualify leads through cold calling and outreach, conduct product demonstrations, close deals, and maintain ongoing client relationships including renewals. This is a 6-month rolling contract with potential for permanent position based on performance. Reporting to senior management, this hands-on role requires persistence, excellent communication skills across French, Arabic, and English, and the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
Qualifications
- Up to 5 years of B2B sales experience with proven track record of managing full sales cycles
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Sales Management software
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Prior experience in the software or technology sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in French, English & Arabic
This is a fully remote position with some travel to client sites. We prefer someone to live in or around Casablanca.
