Au sein de Thales Maroc, le Sales Cyber est en charge du commercial et du développement business au niveau Maroc et éventuellement Afrique. Il disposera d'une cible de clients et d'un objectif de commandes à atteindre annuellement.

Responsabilités et réalisations :

  • Fait la promotion et propose un portefeuille de solutions dédié pour de potentielles opportunités ;
  • ​Saisit les commandes (fonction sales) par le biais d'actions, allant de l'avant-vente en collaboration avec les KAM et les équipes Business Development jusqu'aux dernières étapes de la finalisation de la vente ;​
  • A la responsabilité de synthétiser et monitorer les prévisions de vente Cyber ; 
  • Fait la promotion et propose un portefeuille de solutions dédiées. Gère le processus global de vente y compris les demandes de changements et les partenaires ; ​
  • S'assure de la bonne tenue des interactions nécessaires avec les pays, en particulier à travers les « Opportunity pipeline Reviews », réunions « Sitcom » et « Business Forums » ;
  • Accompagne la définition de la stratégie de vente pour un projet ou, plus généralement, l'approche de vente par rapport à un client spécifique ;
  • Garantie la satisfaction client en collaboration par le biais d'initiatives appropriées, traitant les problèmes et les réclamations au cas par cas ;​
  • Récupère des informations sur des aspects tels que les risques et opportunités, le marketing et les ventes pour les partager (également avec les équipes Bid/projet), développe un savoir autour de l'environnement client ;
  • Avoir la capacité à anticiper les prévisions…
  • Est capable de négocier avec succès les termes d'un accord et conclure des ventes, en ligne avec les attentes.

  • Autonome, capacité à s'intégrer à une équipe et partager ses connaissances.
  • Bonne aptitude rédactionnelle
  • Capacité d'adaptation
  • Gout prononcé pour la technique et la Cybersécurité, curieux d'apprendre et de comprendre, rigoureux et réactif.
  • Minimum 8 ans d'expérience Cyber
  • Connaissance des Normes & standards (ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ISO 27005, ISO 22301, ISO 19011, PCI DSS, COBIT, ITIL, GDPR, loi 05-20 …)
  • Maitrise du Français et de l'Anglais.
