Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Server based in Marrakesh-Safi, Morocco. The Food Server will greet and assist guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the dining experience. Responsibilities include accurately answering menu-related questions, serving meals and beverages with efficiency, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Collaborating with the kitchen staff and adhering to food safety standards are also integral parts of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a welcoming and attentive experience to guests.
• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage, including menu knowledge and serving etiquette.
• Basic food handling, safety, and Cooking knowledge is beneficial.
• Attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Prior experience as a food server or in hospitality is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in French and/or English is desired, and knowledge of other languages, such as Arabic, is advantageous.
