Description du poste
Rattaché(e) à la Directrice de DIGITAL VIRGO MAROC à Casablanca, et au Responsable des Affaires Juridiques du Groupe DIGITAL VIRGO basé à Lyon, le / la Contract Manager prendra en charge :
la rédaction et le suivi des contrats des sociétés du Groupe en Afrique (contrats avec les opérateurs de télécommunications, contrats de licences de contenus, contrats de prestations de services, contrats de partenariat media, etc..), en lien avec les directions commerciales, techniques et financières de ces sociétés;
le déploiement du programme de Compliance du Groupe en Afrique : en tant que Compliance Officer, vous serez en charge de former les équipes en Afrique aux questions relatives à la lutte anti-blanchiment et aux sanctions internationales, de réaliser les contrôles nécessaires auprès des tiers (KYC), de participer à la remontée d'informations au Comité Compliance et à la Direction;
le suivi des dossiers pré-contentieux et contentieux en relation avec les avocats.
Qualifications
- Pour ce poste très opérationnel, nous cherchons un profil disposant à la fois d'un esprit d'analyse et d'une forte réactivité permettant de déboucher sur des solutions concrètes,
- Une expérience significative au sein d'un groupe ouvert à l'international est obligatoire,
- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, la connaissance des problématiques juridiques en droit des contrats sont indispensables.
- De formation BAC+5 minimum, de niveau Master II ou équivalent,
- Vous avez minimum 2 ans d'expérience en tant que juriste d'entreprise.
- Vous faites preuve de conviction pour fédérer et sensibiliser les différents acteurs.
- Votre implication et votre orientation business vous permettront d'apporter une réelle valeur ajoutée dans un contexte de croissance des activités du Groupe en Afrique.
