About the Role
Were looking for a Talent Acquisition and Business Development Manager to lead our bilingual recruitment efforts and contribute across several key areas of the business. This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience and an interest in business development, marketing, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Client Delivery:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through to offer and onboarding
- Participate in client and prospect meetings to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
- Post and manage job listings across various platforms integrating into our ATS.
- Source bilingual candidates (French & English) across Canada, Morocco and other global pools.
- Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and updates in our ATS
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at all stages
- Support offer negotiations and handover to HR/onboarding
Project & Business Support:
- Support marketing efforts by creating content in Canva and writing social posts or blog articles
- Assist in managing client accounts and recruitment projects
- Contribute to internal process development and operational growth initiatives
- Build partnerships with schools, employment services, and cultural organizations across Canada
Who You Are
- Fully bilingual in French and English
- 2 years of experience in recruitment (agency experience is a plus)
- Background or interest in account management, project coordination, or sales
- Comfortable working in a startup environment and wearing multiple hats
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- University degree in business, HR, communications, or a related field
