About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional seamstress to join our team in Marrakech. This role focuses on creating and finishing high-quality home textiles, including pillows, cushions, curtains, and upholstery pieces. The ideal candidate has experience working with a range of fabrics, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to precision craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Sew, construct, and finish home textile products such as pillows, cushions, curtains, and upholstery covers
• Follow design specifications, patterns, and measurements with accuracy
• Handle a wide range of fabrics, from delicate linens to heavy wools and cottons
• Perform repairs, adjustments, and finishing work when necessary
• Ensure all pieces meet the highest quality standards before delivery
• Collaborate with the founder and head seamstress to bring new ideas to life
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a seamstress specializing in home textiles (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of sewing machines, hand-finishing techniques, and fabric handling
• Precision in measuring, cutting, and stitching
• Attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards
• Familiarity with pattern making for home textiles is a plus
