Job Title: Junior Student Consultant & Sales Intern (1 Month, Performance-Based)Location: Casablanca, Morocco (Move Community Office)Duration: 1 Month (with a clear path to a 3-month contract based on performance)

Mission: Your 1-Month Challenge

Move Community is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Junior Student Consultant Interns. This is a demanding, 
performance-driven role
 designed to test your ability to qualify leads and secure client commitment. Your mission is clear: filter, qualify, and assist in converting leads into paying clients for our core destinations (Ireland, Russia, Malta ...).

Success in this initial 1-month period leads directly to a 
3-month compensated contract
 with the opportunity for a full-time position as a Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do Daily)

You will report directly to our Sales Team Leader and will be expected to execute with discipline:

  • Lead Qualification (The Gatekeeper):
     Execute a strict qualification script (BANT principles) via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and phone calls to assess the financial capacity and seriousness of all new student inquiries.
  • Pipeline Building:
     Schedule a minimum of 5 
    qualified
     consultation calls per week for our Senior Closer (Khadija).
  • Administrative Discipline:
     Maintain rigorous and detailed tracking of all lead interactions in the company's performance scorecard.
  • Documentation Support:
     Assist in gathering initial documentation to ensure the student meets the strict academic and financial requirements for Ireland and Russia.
  • Team Communication:
     Participate actively in daily 15-minute stand-up meetings to review performance and objectives.

Required Profile (Who We Are Looking For)

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following qualities and experience:

  • Mindset:
     Highly competitive, disciplined, and resilient. You must be comfortable with targets and hearing "No."
  • Communication:
     Excellent command of French and Arabic. 
    Strong English skills are a significant advantage
    (essential for Ireland/UK destinations).
  • Experience (A Plus):
     Prior experience in cold calling, customer service, or a teaching/instructional background is valued.
  • Discipline:
     Ability to strictly follow set procedures, scripts, and daily KPIs enforced by management.
