Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Casablanca.

Job Requirements

Professional Knowledge

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in selling surveillance products and solutions, preferably in the Moroccan market.
  • Understanding of the basic principles and components of video surveillance systems, including peripheral cameras (analog and IP), transmission equipment (coaxial cables, fiber optics, network switches), storage devices (digital recorders, network storage systems), and management platforms.
  • Mastery of industry security standards and specifications, such as resolution standards and storage capacity calculation methods, with the ability to design systems that meet customer expectations.
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks: IP addresses, network protocols, etc., to answer questions about connected surveillance systems.

Identification of Potential Clients

  • Identify potential clients who need installation, upgrades, or maintenance of video surveillance systems through various channels such as attending security trade shows, consulting specialized websites, and analyzing company registration information.

Client Relationship Management

  • Regularly follow up with existing clients to understand their experience with current video surveillance systems and resolve issues quickly, such as equipment malfunctions or software updates. This helps improve client satisfaction and loyalty.

Achievement of Sales Objectives

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with the company's market strategy and performance plan.

Product Presentation and Demonstration

  • Present in detail the features, benefits, and application scenarios of the company's video surveillance products and solutions. Based on the client's needs, conduct demonstrations to showcase functionality.

Preparation of Business Proposals

  • Prepare business proposals tailored to the market situation and client needs to facilitate cooperation and achieve sales objectives.

Participation in Tenders

  • Participate in tenders, including preparing submission documents, presenting technical parameters, after-sales services, and product implementation plans. Defend offers by highlighting the company's strengths to the evaluation committee. Ensure follow-up on the progress of tenders and communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.

Market Research

  • Monitor developments in the security market and understand competitors' product features, pricing strategies, and market share. Also, gather customer feedback and suggestions regarding video surveillance products, such as their desire for better integration with smart home systems.

Feedback to Product Team

  • Provide timely market research results and customer feedback to the company's product team to adjust product strategies based on market demand, improve product performance, and enhance service quality.

Commercial Skills

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with different types of clients, understand their needs, and clearly present products and solutions.
  • Good negotiation skills to adapt strategies when discussing key topics such as pricing, payment terms, or project timelines, balancing the company's interests with customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage client relationships, build and maintain a network. By providing quality service and responsive communication, convert prospects into long-term partners and gain new clients through referrals.

Language Skills

  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to use it as the working language.

Other Requirements

  • Ability to travel to client sites for product demonstrations, project negotiations, and other activities.
