As part of our growth, we are looking for a bilingual Business Development Manager (French and English) to lead the management and strategic development of one of our subsidiaries.

The Role

As General Manager, you will act as a true CEO of the subsidiary. You will be responsible for the company's vision, performance, growth, and overall structure.

You will work closely with the group's leadership team while benefiting from a high level of decision-making autonomy.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Growth

  • Define and execute the strategic vision
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities
  • Design and test new ideas, offerings, and business models
  • Lead the commercial and B2B prospecting strategy

Operations & Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments
  • Implement efficient and scalable processes
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure profitability
  • Produce performance reports for group leadership

Leadership & Team Management

  • Recruit, structure, and mobilize high-performing teams across departments
  • Inspire, coach, and develop team members
  • Build a strong company culture focused on results, learning, and autonomy

Representation & Partnerships

  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners
  • Represent the subsidiary with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

Profile Sought – Experience & Background

  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Relevant prior experience in entrepreneurship (founder, co-founder), or Significant experience in a senior leadership role (CEO, COO, General Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Business Development)
  • Strong experience in business development and/or B2B prospecting
