About the Client
Our client is a diversified corporate group operating across North Africa and the Middle East. The company is seeking to strengthen its legal function to support regional expansion and governance.
About the Role
Client is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel with law firm experience and strong exposure to corporate and commercial law. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, advising management on transactions and compliance, and managing external counsel. Experience in M&A and cross-border operations is an advantage.
Location: Morocco
Experience: Minimum 10 years, preferably with law firm background
