Quality Engineer Control Planning

Skill check :

• Engineer Diploma in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum an internship in the automotive industry.
• Communications skills & initiative taking.
• Project Management kills.
• Teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of quality tools & control plan.
• Perfect command of spoken and written English.

Challenge check :

• Ensure the creation of process FMEAs / CPs for new projects according to customer specifications and internal quotation catalogs & standard.
• Responsible for updating the process FMEA / CP during the serial life for any product/process modification, project transfer and any customer complaints (if necessary).
• Responsible for the conformity of the product/process FMEA cover sheets / CP communicated to each PPAP/EMPB.
• Coordinate with the group FMEA coordinator for all FMEA creation and updates.
• Responsible for coordinating with the process engineers for the conformity of the process FMEA / CP with the manufacturing flowchart.
• Member of the multidisciplinary team for the evolution and re-evaluation of the FMEA in accordance with the APIS/Babtec.
• Responsible for the proper application of the reverse FMEA according to the internal standard and customer standard (if applicable) by ensuring the animation on the field with the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure the preparation of internal, customer and certification audits for the FMEA / CP activity.
• Ensure the creation/update of design FMEAs for new projects in accordance with customer specifications and internal quotation catalogs.
