 About the Internship

CBRE Excellerate is offering a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, international environment within a leading global real estate advisory firm. As a Advisory and Transaction Intern, you will support our teams in delivering market research, data analysis, and strategic insights for high-impact real estate and business projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

Working closely with experienced consultants, you will:

  • Conduct market research and gather data on real estate trends, supply & demand, and economic indicators
  • Participate in mapping and analyzing local market dynamics (e.g. office, retail, residential, logistics, hospitality)
  • Help organize and maintain project data and documentation
  • Contribute to the drafting of reports and client presentations
  • Support financial and strategic analysis (under guidance)
  • Stay informed on market trends and industry developments relevant to ongoing projects

Profile We're Looking For

Education:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field

Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong interest in real estate, market research, or business strategy
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working with numbers and written analysis
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Good communication skills in English and French
  • Team spirit and a proactive attitude
