Missions
Your Missions Will Include

• Drafting: Turn complex project information into clear, convincing subsidy requests.
• Co-funding Detection: Analyze R&D investments and identify the best funding opportunities at European, National, and Regional levels.
• Consortium Building: Support clients in finding partners across Europe when needed.
• Process Efficiency: Manage applications, reporting, and project management from A to Z.
• Reporting: Assist clients with technical and financial reports throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communication: Act as a trusted contact for clients and public authorities.
• Business Development: Support the team in drafting commercial proposals and developing accounts.

Profil

• Generalist engineering background (mechanical, industrial, IT.), passionate about R&D, innovation, and sustainability.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Client-focused, able to engage with executives (CFOs, CEOs, R&D Managers).
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to technical environments and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and organizational abilities; meticulous and methodical.
• Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficient with IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
