About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Data Analyst
to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Preparation:

• Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and optimize data pipelines and databases for efficient access and analysis.

Data Analysis and Insights:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Support decision-making by providing actionable recommendations based on data findings.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Present complex data analyses in clear, understandable formats tailored to diverse audiences.

Process Improvement and Automation:

• Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and improve reporting processes.
• Use predictive models or statistical methods to forecast outcomes and identify risks.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of initiatives using data.
• Provide regular updates and insights to management to support strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings effectively.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data processing.
• Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
• Understanding of big data tools like Hadoop or Spark.
