Everest International School Tangier is seeking an inspiring and qualified Head of Secondary School to lead our dynamic team of educators and shape the future of our Cambridge-accredited secondary program.

You are a confident, strategic educator with a proven track record in secondary school leadership. You bring both warmth and rigor to your role, and you know how to build a thriving school culture rooted in high expectations, inclusion, and global-mindedness.

Essential Qualifications:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recognized British qualification in school leadership or secondary school management (e.g., NPQH, NPQSL, PGCE with leadership experience)
• Strong familiarity with the Cambridge International curriculum
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as French or Arabic are a plus)

As Head of Secondary, you will:

• Lead the academic and pastoral development of students in Years 7–13
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of international educators
• Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and teaching standards
• Foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, and wellbeing
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and school-wide initiatives
• Engage families and the wider community with professionalism and empathy
