Nous recherchons un(e) comptable spécialisé(e) en comptes clients, motivé(e) et soucieux(se) du détail pour rejoindre l'équipe de notre client dans le secteur de l'industrie. Dans ce rôle, vous contribuerez à la génération de factures, l'édition de rapports, la correction d'erreurs système, et le rapprochement des ventes.
Responsabilités:
- Génération des factures de ventes d'ISPLI vers ORACLE
- Edition de rapport Oracle (Auto-Invoice) et identification des erreurs système
- Correction des erreurs système par type:
- Clients mal configurés
- Contrôle de TVA
- Factures en double
- Problème de date
- Suivi les tickets des erreurs système avec le service IT groupe
- Rapprochement entre les ventes ISPLI Vs Oracle Vs Plateforme commercial
- S'assurer de l'exactitude de chiffre d'affaires migré automatiquement sur Oracle et passage à sa comptabilisation.
- Saisie et comptabilisation des règlements
- Lettrage et justification des comptes clients
- Production régulière de la balance âgée clients et analyse des créances douteuses
- Facturation manuelle des factures export
- Réconciliation de l'état export avec le département logistique
- Comptabilisation des factures Export sur Oracle
- Participation à la clôture mensuelle des comptes et diffusion de Chiffres d'affaires arrêtée par mois
- Réconciliation des comptes inter compagnies
- Contrôle des clients à crédit du canal détail
- Facturation manuelle des ventes exceptionnelle
Exigences:
- Bac 3/4 ou plus en comptabilité et en gestion ou finance
- Expérience 2 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire
- Maitrise des normes comptables marocains
- Connaissance des normes internationales IFRS
- Avoir préalablement une expérience sur un ERP international (SAP, Oracle…)
- Bonne maitrise de l'Excel (Formules, TCD…)
- Rigueur
- Fiabilité
- Capacité d'adaptation
- Esprit d'équipe
- Capacité de travailler dans un contexte international (fuseaux horaires, langues…)
