Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Specialist at Art'Com Sup. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering customer service. In addition, the role involves analyzing technical problems, communicating effectively with clients, and ensuring the resolution of technical issues in a timely manner. Although the role is based in Rabat, there is some flexibility for working from home.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting skills
- Technical Support capabilities
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a technical support or similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
