Role Description
Berytrade is seeking a
Country Sales Manager – Morocco
to expand its established presence in baby, toy, and lifestyle brands across the Moroccan market.

This performance-driven role focuses on growing partnerships with additional distributors, key retailers, and B2B/B2R customers to accelerate sustainable sales growth.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key retailers, and strategic B2B/B2R partners in Morocco.

  • Prospect, negotiate, and close new business opportunities to drive sell-in and sell-out.

  • Build joint business plans with partners, including assortment, pricing, promotions, and visibility actions.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to recommend actions that enhance sales and brand positioning.

  • Coordinate with Berytrade teams (sales support, brand, marketing, supply chain) to ensure partners receive the tools and information they need to succeed.

  • Represent Berytrade in meetings, trade visits, and relevant industry events in Morocco.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, key account management, or commercial agency work, preferably in distribution or retail-focused environments.

  • Experience in baby, toy, or lifestyle products, or broader FMCG/consumer goods, is a strong plus.

  • Strong track record of opening accounts, managing a sales pipeline, and delivering sales growth.

  • Solid understanding of the Moroccan retail and distribution landscape.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.

  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working with high autonomy and performance-linked compensation.

  • Proficient in basic sales tools and CRM.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory when backed by strong experience.

  • Fluency in English is required; French and/or Arabic are highly desirable for effective work with local partners.
