Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Creative Operations & Content Coordinator based in Safi. The Coordinator will manage content creation, plan and execute content strategies, and assist with writing and editing tasks.

Daily responsibilities will include organizing and overseeing content processes, actively communicating with thy Ops Manager, and developing engaging material for the platform. Collaboration and attention to detail are integral in this role.

In addition, you will occasionally support content and creative operations for Ouafra's wider ecosystem, including
hoteliers and leisure providers
(riad/guesthouse partners, workshops, local experiences). This may include preparing promotional visuals, short videos, and simple content kits to help partners improve visibility and communicate their offers clearly.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (written + verbal) and ability to coordinate smoothly with different partners (cooperatives, makers, internal team)
• Excellent organizational skills: comfortable with
  checklists, deadlines, folder structures, and process tracking
• Strong visual sensitivity (layout, hierarchy, typography, consistency) and attention to detail
• Advanced Canva skills
  : templates, brand kits, resizing formats, carousels, posters, story assets
• Basic short-form video production/editing (Reels/TikTok): cuts, subtitles, covers, simple animations (Canva/CapCut or similar)
• Solid writing and editing skills for digital content (captions, product descriptions, simple website text)
• Ability to adapt content to different audiences and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, web)
• Comfortable using
  AI tools
  to support production (drafting, repurposing, variations) with good judgment and clean final edits
• Self-driven and reliable; able to work independently in an
  on-site, part-time
  setting in
  Safi (as of now)

Bonus (Nice to have..)

• Formal Arabic + English (French is a plus)
• Interest or experience with artisans/cooperatives, handmade products, cultural projects, tourism, hospitality, or local experiences
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok planner) and basic reporting
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or equivalent professional experience
