As we expand, we are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team at our Temara office and take a leading role in building high-performing applications.

Role Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable digital solutions using modern technologies. You may also mentor junior developers, manage the full software development lifecycle, and collaborate closely with designers and project managers to deliver top-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of web applications using Laravel and
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Manage databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL for optimal performance.
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code through best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to deliver user-friendly solutions.
• Handle debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Manage version control using Git and oversee code reviews.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and propose innovative solutions.
• Mentor and support junior developers in the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
• Expertise in Laravel (PHP) and development.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API architecture.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and MySQL database management.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic frameworks knowledge is a plus).
• Experience with Git for version control and collaborative workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of security best practices for web development.
