Main Mission

The Data & Performance Reporting Intern supports the sales and operations teams by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key call center and sales performance metrics. The role contributes to improving efficiency, visibility, and decision-making through accurate reporting and data insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Analysis

2. Collect and consolidate data related to call times, agent performance, productivity, sales results, and conversion rates.

3. Analyze operational KPIs such as call duration, wrap-up time, attendance impact, and performance trends.

4. Identify patterns, anomalies, and areas for performance improvement.

5. Reporting & Dashboards

6. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management and team leaders.

7. Build and maintain reporting tools (Excel dashboards, tracking files, scorecards).

8. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all reports.

9. Business & Performance Insights

10. Support management in monitoring sales targets and campaign performance.

11. Assist in evaluating agent efficiency and campaign profitability.

12. Contribute insights and recommendations based on data findings.

13. Process Support & Documentation

14. Help standardize reporting formats and performance tracking processes.

15. Maintain internal databases related to calls, sales, and productivity metrics.
16. Support ad-hoc analysis requests from operations or sales leadership.

Profile & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analysis, Business, Economics, Statistics, Management, or a related field.
• Strong skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Interest in sales performance, call center operations, and data-driven decision making.
• Good communication skills and ability to present data clearly.
