Role Description

The Fossil Excavator will carry out excavation tasks, including operating heavy equipment, maintaining excavation tools, and assessing excavation sites. Responsibilities also include ensuring safe and efficient handling of trenches and other excavation areas while adhering to safety protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fez, and requires collaboration with a professional team to meet project goals within established timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Operation and Heavy Equipment usage
• Experience in Excavation and Trench work
• Ability to perform Equipment Maintenance and ensure all tools are in optimal working condition
• Strong attention to safety standards and compliance with site protocols
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various outdoor conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in excavation or machinery operation are an advantage
• Previous experience in fossil excavation or related fields is a plus
