Le Risk Manager est responsable de la conception, de la mise en œuvre et du pilotage du dispositif global de gestion des risques. Fort de son expérience en cabinet de conseil, avec des missions auprès d'acteurs du secteur bancaire et/ou assurantiel, il accompagne l'entreprise dans l'identification, l'évaluation, la maîtrise et le suivi des risques financiers, opérationnels et réglementaires.

Responsabilités clés
  • Définir et déployer la stratégie de gestion des risques en cohérence avec la politique globale de l'entreprise.
  • Réaliser des missions de diagnostic, cartographie et évaluation des risques (crédit, marché, opérationnels, réglementaires, assurantiels).
  • Mettre en place des plans de mitigation et assurer le suivi de leur exécution.
  • Piloter et coordonner des missions de conseil et d'audit en gestion des risques auprès de clients du secteur financier (banques, assurances, institutions financières).
  • Accompagner la mise en conformité avec les normes réglementaires (Bâle III/IV, Solvabilité II, IFRS 9/17, exigences locales et internationales).
  • Encadrer et former des équipes projet internes et/ou externes.
  • Préparer et présenter des reportings réguliers à la Direction Générale et aux organes de gouvernance.
  • Assurer une veille réglementaire, sectorielle et méthodologique afin d'anticiper les évolutions du marché.
Profil recherché
  • Formation supérieure Bac+5 (Grande École de Commerce, Ingénieur, Master spécialisé en finance, gestion des risques, actuariat ou équivalent).
  • Expérience confirmée (6 ans et +) en cabinet de conseil (Big Four ou équivalent), idéalement sur des missions auprès d'acteurs du secteur bancaire et/ou de l'assurance.
  • Excellente connaissance des réglementations prudentielles et comptables (Bâle III/IV, Solvabilité II, IFRS 9/17).
  • Maîtrise des outils et méthodologies de gestion des risques (cartographie, stress tests, modèles de risques, outils de contrôle permanent).
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet et en conduite du changement.
  • Excellentes aptitudes rédactionnelles et de communication (français et anglais).
