We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS) to take on the following responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS following best DevOps practices.
Manage and optimize containerized workloads using ECS Fargate (mandatory).
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and secure software delivery.
Automate infrastructure deployment using CloudFormation.
Monitor system performance and reliability through Kibana, Datadog, or Dynatrace.
Support production environments, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high service availability.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvements within the DevOps ecosystem.
Work in an agile, fast-paced development environment.
Profile required
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years in DevOps, including 2+ years in a Senior role.
AWS Certification required (Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator).
Skills & Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services: ECS Fargate (mandatory), OpenSearch, CloudFormation, Route 53, ElasticCache, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, AuroraDB.
Solid CI/CD background (5+ years).
Experience with CloudFormation automation and production support.
Good command of English (spoken & written).
Nice-to-Have
Experience with EKS, Solace/ActiveMQ, Neptune, Harness, Quantum Metrics.
