Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile E-commerce & Social Media Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our online platforms and grow our digital presence. This role requires a blend of administrative precision for online store management and creative flair for social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Administration: Uploading new products, managing GTIN data, and ensuring website content is accurate and professional.
- Order Management: Processing customer orders and coordinating with vendors for dropshipping or direct fulfillment.
- Social Media Management: Creating and scheduling engaging content (captions and visuals) across Instagram and other platforms.
- Customer Engagement: Responding to inquiries via social media DMs and email to provide premium-level service.
- Marketing Support: Assisting with the implementation of Google Ads campaigns and basic SEO optimization. (bonus).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Language: Native-level Arabic and fluent English.
- Skills: Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, and basic knowledge of e-commerce SEO.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, proactive problem-solver, and a deep understanding of the luxury market (watches or real estate).
