Your Core Responsibilities & Impact
- Strategic Brand Vision: Develop, articulate, and meticulously implement the holistic marketing strategy for two flagship L'Oréal Paris brands within the Consumer Products Division (CPD), ensuring the robust achievement of ambitious sales, profitability, and market share objectives in the Moroccan market.
- Empowering Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative, agile, and high-performance environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
- P&L Ownership & Budget Optimization: Strategically manage the allocated marketing budget, optimizing investment across diverse marketing levers – including digital campaigns, retail activations, and media partnerships – to maximize return on investment (ROI) and brand visibility.
- Deep Consumer & Market Insight: Conduct rigorous market, competitor, and consumer analyses to identify untapped growth opportunities, emerging trends, and evolving consumer needs, translating these insights into actionable and impactful brand development plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Forge strong, synergistic partnerships with key cross-functional teams, including Sales, Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Digital, to ensure seamless execution and optimal impact of brand strategies across all consumer touchpoints.
- Performance Monitoring & Agility: Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns, proactively implementing data-driven adjustments to optimize performance and ensure maximum brand resonance and commercial success.
- New Product Launch Excellence: Drive the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for new product and service launches, ensuring successful market entry, consumer adoption, and sustained growth for your assigned brands.
- Digital & Trend Stewardship: Stay relentlessly updated on the latest trends in the consumer beauty market, digital marketing innovations, and e-commerce best practices, leveraging this knowledge to maintain L'Oréal Paris's leading edge.
What We Look For (Requirements)
- Educational Foundation: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Extensive Marketing Acumen: A minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in brand marketing or product management, preferably within the Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, preferably in beauty or personal care.
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated and successful experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a small team.
- Analytical Prowess: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Global Communication: Intermediate to advanced level of English (B2-C1), enabling effective communication within a global and diverse environment.
- Exceptional Core Skills: Possess strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and compelling presentation abilities that can influence and inspire.
- Agility & Resilience: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changing market dynamics.
