Job Overview
Jumeirah – Mecca, a prestigious five-star hotel, is seeking two enthusiastic and caring female Kids Club Coordinators to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about working with children and committed to creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our young guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead creative, fun, and age-appropriate activities for children aged 4–12
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children at all times
- Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere within the Kids Club
- Supervise children during activities, playtime, and special events
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on children's participation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area
- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth Kids Club operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in a recreational, educational, or hospitality setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, cheerful, and proactive personality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage
- Female candidates only
