Purpose

Your role: Senior Software Developer : 

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be part of a 12-person team working on:

  • Back-end: Java Spring Boot
  • Front-end:

Your mission: to transform functional requirements into software solutions that comply with design specifications.

Key Missions

  • Design, develop and maintain high-performance software solutions that meet functional and technical requirements.

  • Analyze requirements, contribute to estimations, and participate in architecture and technology choices.

  • Develop complex modules while applying software development best practices (quality, security, testing, deployment).

  • Optimize performance, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure proper documentation of solutions.

  • Contribute to technical governance and support/coach a small team of developers.

Profile & Other Information
Technical Skills 

  • Engineering degree or validated academic background in Computer Science or equivalent.

  • 8+ years of experience in software development.

  • Strong expertise in back-end Java development (Java, Spring Boot).

  • Experience with React and front-end development.

  • Solid full-stack background.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Languages

  • French: fluent

  • English: professional working proficiency

  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and analytical mindset.

  • Ability to adapt to changing environments.
