Consultant·e en Recrutement IT
chez
TCrew
, tu interviens au cœur de nos missions clients pour identifier, approcher et qualifier les meilleurs talents, principalement sur des métiers IT. Tu gères l'ensemble du cycle de sourcing.

Responsabilités

  • Piloter les campagnes de sourcing : recherche active, présélection et qualification.
  • Présenter des short-lists qualifiées aux Business developer et managers.
  • Mener des meetings d'intake pour clarifier le besoin et affiner les descriptions de poste.
  • Gérer des recrutements de bout en bout (pipeline, suivi, feedback).
  • Être le point de contact unique pour tes missions chez nos candidats.
  • Suivre les KPI (time-to-hire, taux de conversion, qualité...).

Profil recherché

  • 2+ ans
    d'expérience en recrutement/sourcing, idéalement en environnement grands comptes et/ou en prestation sur site.
  • Langues :
    Anglais courant et Français.
  • Passion pour le
    talent hunting
    et les profils de niche.

Soft skills

  • Capacité à influencer et engager les candidats.
  • Communication claire et attractive (messaging & outreach).
  • Compréhension fine des besoins métiers et du contexte organisationnel.
  • Évaluation du
    fit
    technique et culturel.
  • Flexibilité, résilience et sens du résultat sur des marchés pénuriques.
