About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Performance Marketeer
who takes ownership of growth. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling high-performing digital marketing strategies, while using data to continuously optimize results. You act as a strategic partner for the business and a mentor for junior team members.

Your responsibilities

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

Own budgets, forecasts, and performance targets (ROAS, CPA, LTV)

Analyze data and turn insights into scalable growth opportunities

Lead complex A/B tests and conversion optimization initiatives

Set up and maintain tracking, attribution, and dashboards

Collaborate closely with sales, product, content, and design teams

Coach and guide junior marketeers and agencies

Report performance and recommendations to management

Your profile

5+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing

Proven track record in scaling paid media campaigns

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and ad platforms

Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and automation

Business-minded with a focus on impact and growth

Nice to have

Experience with CRO and experimentation tools

Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, and email marketing

Experience in B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce environments

Experience managing agencies or freelancers
