We are a UK-based company expanding our team to Marrakech. Our business focuses on delivering high-quality legal services and digital solutions, and we're looking for a creative and results-driven marketing executive to support our online growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our online presence across platforms. You will be responsible for running advertising campaigns, creating engaging content, growing engagement, and driving brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing & Content Creation:

  • Create and schedule regular, high-quality posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Run paid social media campaigns (with a strong focus on Facebook Ads) to generate leads and boost online visibility.
  • Produce original content (graphics, short videos, stories, reels, blog-style posts) tailored to different platforms.
  • Monitor trends, community engagement, and competitor activity.
  • Report on performance metrics and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Work with influencers and develop content for campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in social media marketing (Facebook Ads experience is essential).
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation (visuals, copywriting, and video).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English essential, Arabic/French a bonus).
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) are a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Google advertising, in particular keywords
  • Ability to assess and analyse Ad set and Competitor marketing to give us an edge
  • Ability to maximise our CPL and conversions
