Descriptif du poste : Spécialiste Transport - Tanger

Ce rôle de Spécialiste Transport est une position clé au sein de la Tour de Contrôle de à Tanger. Vous serez responsable de la coordination et du traitement des transports pour les clients, en veillant à la bonne circulation des marchandises dans leurs réseaux logistiques.

Responsabilités principales

  • Gérer les commandes de transport.
  • Communiquer avec les clients et les partenaires.
  • Fournir des solutions en cas de retards de transport et s'assurer que les informations circulent correctement entre toutes les parties.
  • Utiliser le système de gestion des transports interne.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec votre manager et l'équipe de gestion de projet.
  • Contribuer à l'optimisation continue des réseaux logistiques des clients.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience : 1 à 3 ans, voire plus de 3 ans, d'expérience en tant que Spécialiste du Transport ou transitaire.
  • Compétences techniques : Connaissance de MS Office, des systèmes de gestion des transports et du secteur du transport en général.
  • Soft Skills : Orienté solution, esprit d'équipe, réactif et capable de s'adapter à de nouvelles situations et aux pics d'activité. Vous devez être intéressé par la logistique et aimer travailler dans un environnement dynamique et international.
  • Langues : Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français. L'espagnol, le polonais ou l'allemand sont des atouts précieux.

Conditions d'embauche

  • Lieu de travail : Tanger (Tour de Contrôle), au bureau.
  • Contrat : CDD + CDI ou CDI.
  • Période d'essai : 3 mois, renouvelable.
  • Horaires : 5 jours par semaine, 8.5 heures par jour, avec une disponibilité pour les quarts du matin, d'après-midi, de nuit, et les rotations
