Role Description

This is full-time position based in Casablanca, Morocco. As a Deskside Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing ticket based on-site technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in Information Technology
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Software knowledge
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus
  • Experience in customer service
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
