About Us
On behalf of a well-established European IT service provider, a new Atlassian Delivery Hub is being set up in Casablanca.
Our mission: to build a high-performing team capable of delivering international digital transformation projects for renowned clients such as Volkswagen, Porsche, E.ON, and SAP.
We are looking for an experienced IT leader to take over the management of the Moroccan SARL as General Manager, oversee the site, and ensure operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities
- General management of the SARL: legal, fiscal, and financial responsibility, including coordination with accounting, tax advisors, and local authorities
- Operational setup of the new site from day one – in collaboration with our Strategic Advisor and the European core team
- Recruitment & team building: attract, select, and onboard IT experts (Atlassian Support & Consulting)
- Onboarding & compliance: ensure that internal processes, standards, and quality rules are followed
- Team leadership & development: set goals, coach, and conduct performance reviews
- Guarantee project quality and drive continuous improvement of delivery processes
- Close collaboration with European management for strategic and operational steering
- Budget and financial responsibility with regular reporting to European management

Your Profile
Professional Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in IT project business, including at least 3 years in a management or executive role
- Solid knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is desirable
- Knowledge of ITSM and cloud migrations is a strong plus
- Proven experience in building and managing teams or business units (recruitment, people management, leadership)
- Entrepreneurial experience in setting up new sites or entities is highly desirable
Language & Cultural Skills
- Arabic (Darija): Native fluency
- French: Business fluent
- English: Business fluent
- German: An advantage, but not mandatory

- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong decision-making skills, and a structured working style
- High level of initiative, ownership, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong intercultural competence to bridge European management and Moroccan work culture
