SEO Speialist

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll take ownership of our organic search strategy and execution improving visibility, driving high-intent traffic, and helping convert search intent into business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and iterate on a comprehensive SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and off-page initiatives
• Translate strategy into structured experiments with measurable outcomes and clear timelines
• Prioritize SEO initiatives based on impact, effort, and alignment with overall business goals
• Conduct regular site audits and fix technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexation, site speed, structured data, etc.)
• Partner with content creators to align keyword research and content strategy
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Develop dashboards and reports that bring visibility to key SEO metrics, traffic patterns, and growth opportunities
• Stay updated on the latest algorithm changes, SEO trends, and competitive shifts

Qualifications

2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience (in-house or agency)

Strong command of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

Proven track record of driving measurable SEO improvements

Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
