Mission

Design fast, accessible user flows and ship dev-ready high-fidelity mockups with complete specs. You're evaluated on flow efficiency, spec clarity, and reduced friction after release.

What you'll do


• Map key journeys, spot friction, prioritize quick wins.


• Prototype high-fidelity (mobile-first), test fast, iterate tight.


• Specify every screen: states, rules, edge cases, empty states, errors, loading, real-time.


• Clean handoff: Figma variables & styles, Auto Layout, tokens, variants, clickable flows, redlines.


• Accessibility: WCAG 2.2 AA, verified contrast, focus states, touch targets.


• Micro-interactions: short transitions, subtle feedback, no gimmicks.


• Design QA with devs: checklists, component-by-component review before production.

Must-have profile (no disguised junior)


• 4–6+ years in product UX with proven impact (before/after, real metrics).


• Process-oriented portfolio: problem → hypotheses → exploration → trade-offs → outcomes.


• Advanced Figma (variables, Auto Layout, variants, tokens).
