Nous recrutons un(e)
Italian Speaker – Customer Service Associate
pour le compte d'une entreprise internationale.
Le poste consiste à assurer la
communication avec les clients italiens
, le
suivi administratif des commandes
et à garantir une
excellente expérience client
au quotidien.
Vos missions :
- Assurer la gestion et le suivi des demandes clients italophones.
- Maintenir une communication claire et professionnelle par email et téléphone.
- Mettre à jour les bases de données et documents internes.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (ventes, logistique, finance) pour le bon déroulement des opérations.
Profil recherché :
- Maîtrise fluide de l'italien (oral & écrit)
– indispensable. - Bon niveau d'
anglais
pour la communication interne. - Sens du service, bonne communication et rigueur.
- Expérience en
service client, call center, tourisme ou hôtellerie
appréciée. - Motivation, fiabilité et envie d'évoluer dans un environnement international.
