Description du poste :

Nous recherchons un Executive Manager expérimenté pour superviser les opérations et la gestion d'un parc éolien à Tanger. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en gestion de projets d'énergie renouvelable, une excellente capacité à coordonner des équipes multiculturelles et une connaissance approfondie des réglementations locales et du marché marocain de l'énergie.

Profil recherché :

  • Nationalité marocaine, maîtrise du français, de l'arabe et de l'anglais
  • Diplôme de niveau Bac+3 ou supérieur en gestion de projet, génie mécanique/électrique ou équivalent
  • Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets, dont au moins 5 ans dans l'exploitation de projets éoliens ou nouvelles énergies
  • Expérience dans des projets avec des entreprises chinoises en Afrique ou en collaboration avec l'ONEE souhaitée
  • Capacité à gérer une équipe de plus de 10 personnes et à assurer le suivi des coûts et délais
  • Permis de conduire marocain valide

Location: Tangier, Morocco

Availability: Immediate

Job Description:

PowerChina is seeking an experienced Executive Manager to oversee operations and management of a wind farm project in Tangier. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in renewable energy project management, excellent skills in coordinating multicultural teams, and a solid understanding of Moroccan regulations and the energy market.

Requirements:

  • Moroccan nationality, fluent in French, Arabic, and English
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years in wind energy or new energy operations
  • Experience with Chinese companies in Africa or in collaboration with ONEE is preferred
  • Ability to manage a team of 10+ people and ensure schedule and cost control
  • Valid Moroccan driver's license
