Role: Creative Strategist / Producer (Performance Creative)

This role is for someone who combines
creative strategy
(what to say and how to sell) with
production leadership
(how to ship consistently at high speed). You will build a repeatable creative system that feeds paid ads with constant winners, and supports website conversion, CRM, and product launches.
You are not applying for a "nice content" job. You are applying to build a
creative machine that prints learnings and revenue
.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
1) Own the performance creative strategy
- Turn business goals into creative strategy across Meta and other paid channels
- Build a structured testing roadmap: angles, hooks, formats, creators, offers
- Translate data and insights into weekly creative decisions (what to scale, what to kill, what to iterate)
2) Build a high-output creative production system
- Create and manage a weekly pipeline of new assets
- Deliver consistently:
6 to 10 new ad creatives per week
(videos + statics) - Write briefs that are clear, fast to execute, and built to win (concept, hook, script, proof, CTA)
3) Lead UGC and creator production
- Source and manage UGC creators (English content required)
- Write scripts and shot lists, review raw footage, and direct revisions
- Build repeatable UGC formats (unboxing, home transformations, designer proof, craftsmanship BTS)
4) Partner with the media buying Team
- Provide the media buying team with everything they need to win: creative pipeline, testing plan, angles, variations
- Review performance weekly and create the next iteration plan
- Ensure creative testing is disciplined, fast, and aligned with unit economics
5) Support conversion and retention with the right assets
- Produce creative for landing pages, PDP sections, email campaigns, and product storytelling
- Create proof assets: testimonials, designer validation, craftsmanship demonstrations, quality details
- Collaborate with e-commerce/CRO and CRM to ensure message consistency across the funnel
6) Launch new product categories (Go-to-Market support)
- Build creative and messaging playbooks for new category launches (lighting, pottery, zellige, tableware, etc.)
- Develop launch angles, hooks, hero assets, and ad creative packs for each launch
- Ensure each launch has a clear creative structure and measurable outcomes
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
- Creative output:
6 to 10 new creatives/week consistently - Testing velocity:
multiple angles and formats tested weekly - Winner production:
steady flow of "winners" that can be scaled by the team - Creative learning system:
clear weekly winners/losers insights and iteration plan - Business impact:
improved MER/CAC efficiency, stronger post-click CVR, more stable performance over time
The Ideal Profile (Requirements)
Experience
- 3 to 8+ years in performance creative, creative strategy, paid social content, or DTC creative production
- Proven experience producing creatives that directly impacted growth (not just "branding")
- Strong bonus if you worked with premium/luxury products, home decor, fashion, or high AOV ecommerce
- Bonus if you have supported product/category launches
Skills
- Strong creative thinking with conversion-first execution
- Scriptwriting and hook creation (UGC style)
- Ability to build systems: pipeline, briefs, cadence, creator management
- Comfortable reading performance metrics and turning them into creative decisions
- High bar for aesthetics and storytelling, with an obsession for speed and iteration
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
